338 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
Please read this document carefully before using the 338 platform. By registering or using any service on this platform, you are considered to have understood and agreed to all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("user") and the 338 platform ("we", "the platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 338 platform, you automatically agree to comply with all terms set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the 338 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those amendments. 338 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and users will be notified via in-platform notifications or their registered email address.
2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full services of the 338 platform, users must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is allowed only one (1) active account. Multiple account registrations by the same person are prohibited and may result in the termination of all related accounts.
Users are solely responsible for:
- Keeping their password and account login credentials confidential
- Ensuring that all activity carried out under their account is legitimate and authorised
- Notifying 338 immediately if any unauthorised access to their account occurs
- Updating account information whenever their personal details change
338 uses industry-standard encryption to protect user account data; however, users are also responsible for practising good digital security habits, such as not sharing their password with others.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
By using the 338 platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age required for online gambling services under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.338 does not accept underage users.
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform
- Engaging in any fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative activity intended to gain unlawful advantage
- Sharing or transfering an account to third party without prior written consent from338
- Using the platform for any purpose that is unlawful in Malaysia or the user's jurisdiction
- Disrupting or interfering with the platform's technical operations, including cyberattacks, unauthorised access attempts, or the distribution of malicious code
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and338 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the 338 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via supported payment methods such as FPX (online banking) and TNG eWallet. Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used belongs to them and is valid for use.
Important transaction notes:
- Deposits: Deposits are typically processed within one to five minutes, depending on the method selected. 338 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial service providers.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the platform's current policy. Processing times may vary depending on the chosen withdrawal method.
- Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are set by the platform and are subject to change from time to time. Current limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account.
- Bonuses and promotions: All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to separate terms of use, which will be stated at the time the offer is made.
338 reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud or suspicious activity pending the outcome of an investigation.
5. Account Policy — Suspension and Closure
338 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account under the following circumstances:
- The user has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Suspected or confirmed fraudulent or manipulative activity on the account
- The user has provided false or misleading registration information
- Account inactivity for a period as defined by the platform's policy
- Upon request by the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law
If your account is suspended or closed, you have the right to contact338 support team by email at [email protected] for further clarification. Any valid balance in an account closed for non-fraudrelated reasons will be returned in accordance with the platform's established procedures, subject to review and verification.
Users may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe once all pending transactions have been settled.
6. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property, and Applicable Law
Liability Limits
338 provides its services on an "as-is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding service continuity, accuracy of information, or the outcome of any betting activity. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting or technical service disruptions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 338 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials — is the exclusive property of 338 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 338.
Third-Party Links
338 may contain references or links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Users access third-party links at their own risk.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of the 338 platform. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through the appropriate channels as provided under the relevant legislation. By using the 338 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms set out in this document.
